The Quickest Mac + Cheese You'll Ever Make and the BEST (Vegan, DF, + GF)

This is my go-to when I am in a rush, because its TWO ingredients, and tastes delicious. I mean who doesn't love macaroni and cheese? Plus, it includes all the hot button words, like gluten free, vegan, and dairy free, heck, I'll even say plantbased.
The recipe calls for some specific ingredients, my personal favorites, but there are plenty of other good alternatives around. I Blode Kuh fermented cashew cheese spread, and #Banza GF Macaroni Elbows.
I would say including boiling the water, this takes about 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
-Macaroni Elbows, or any pasta you fancy
-Cheese spread (cashew, almond, cream cheese, anything that is soft and meltable)
-1 tbsp filtered water
toppings (optional)
-cheese shavings
-salt + pepper
-#braggs nutritional yeast flakes
Directions:
-Bring pasta to boil and cook as packaging says
-On low, combine water and cheese spread in saucepan; stir continuously
-Add more water if too thick
-Once the cheese sauce is at your desired consistency, combine w/ cooked pasta noodles
-#PinkHimalayan salt + pepper to taste
-(optional) top with cheese shreds, chives, bacon, breadcrumbs, whatever your heart desires!
