This recipe was surprisingly delicious and so beautiful. Who doesn't like pretty food that is amazing? Give it a try and let me know how you like it!
What I used:
2 slices breadblok gluten-free sourdough
3 tbps Blode Kuh plain cashew cheese spread
Homemade blueberry and apple jam
1 tbsp Honey
Cinnamon on top
2 tbsp Water
What I did:
|| toast the sourdough
|| heat blueberries, apple, nutmeg, water and honey on stove top for 5-7 minutes (until fruit is soft)
|| spread cashew cheese on toast
|| top with the warm berry & apple Jam
|| sprinkle w cinnamon
Easy as that!
