
GROUP SESSIONS
The group program is almost like getting a bunch of best friends gently forced onto you. But, in a healthy, pun intended, way. There will be a number from 6-8 people all sharing the journey of bettering their health. Although the time, (and cost) will be split between each person, there is still ample individual attention and growth. The breakdown is similar to 1-on-1 sessions.
6 month program includes:

Two group meet-up sessions a month, to learn, and grow together without any judgement.

Each session is 60 minutes, and can be done in person or over the phone/FaceTime etc.

Grocery tips, tricks, and shopping trips! I will accompany you to a local farmers market/grocer and we will learn all about fresh foods.

Various relevant reading materials personalized to each person.

Dive into outside factors that could be contributing to your health in a negative way.

Give you the self-love practice, time and accountability you deserve!

The group dynamic not only allows Lauren to share and encourage, but also opens up wonderful community conversation within the group!
